Voici une proposition de traduction pour le dernier lot de citations concernant l'April, qui n'attend plus que des relecteurs pour être publiée :)

Il manque une des citations, pour laquelle un petit bug du site web m'empêche d'accéder au contenu de la page. C'est en cours de résolution, et je ferai la dernière traduction à ce moment-là. Mais que cela n'empêche pas les bonnes volontés de relire dès maintenant toutes ces traductions.

Je suis très content de cette recompense pour l'April car elle est pleinement 
justifiée. Elle reflète parfaitement l'engagement et le volontarisme dont ses 
membres font preuve lors d'évènements ayant une portée insoupçonnée à la 
plupart d'entre nous. J'ai eu l'occasion de voir l'engagement de l'April lors 
du débat sur OOXML, notamment l'action d'alerter les politiques concernant 
les conséquences potentielles sur la faculté de laisser le choix aux 
utilisateurs (problématique récurrente, s'il en est, que l'April défend 
ardemment et régulièrement). L'April a atteint désormais la maturité et est 
dorénavant un interlocuteur incontournable du monde du logiciel (et non plus 
seulement du logiciel libre). 

Je m'associe donc à ce prix et souhaite que l'April soutienne son action avec 
la même détermination.

On ne présente plus l'April : c'est le privilège des gens connus, et 
reconnus. Sur le front du logiciel libre depuis 12 ans, l'April a tant 
multiplié les initiatives qu'on a renoncé à les compter, de la bataille 
contre les brevets logiciels aux modèles économiques du libre en passant par 
la GPL et l'implication dans les manifestations du libre. L'activité de 
l'association va crescendo, conséquence, en tant qu'organisation l'April 
monte en puissance. 

L'April intervient dans nombre de domaines sociétaux, l'éducation en 
particulier. J'ai eu l'occasion d'apprécier à maintes reprises son intérêt et 
la qualité de son engagement en faveur des problématiques et des enjeux 
pédagogiques, que ce soit les logiciels et les ressources libres ou la 
culture générale informatique scolaire : questionnement des candidats à la 
présidentielles 2007, mission E-éduc, solidarité numérique, Environnements 
numériques de travail... d'une manière générale sa coopération avec les 
acteurs du libre éducatif.

Les technologies de l'information sont trop récentes pour que la sociéte en 
comprenne vraiment bien les enjeux. Il faudra du temps, une génération, pour 
que chacun comprenne à quel point la révolution numérique va impacter la vie 
de tous les jours et l'organisation des sociétés. Si l'on avait demandé à un 
contemporain de Gutemberg de quelle façon l'imprimerie pouvait changer la 
société, il n'aurait pas imaginé les journaux, les revues et les livres à 
grand tirage : tout au plus aurait-il imaginé des copies de manuscrit en 
nombre réduit pour l'élite qui les utilisait à l'époque.  Et bien c'est 
aujourd'hui pareil avec les technologies de l'information et plus encore avec 
le logiciel libre. On les conçoit avec nos repères actuels, ceux de la 
société industrielle. Or l'immateriel procède d'une toute autre logique : 
donner c'est s'enrichir, partager c'est recevoir.  Puisque l'intérêt général 
y gagne, de nouveaux modeles économiques sont encore à inventer.

L'April oeuvre depuis plus de dix ans pour faire comprendre à la société et 
aux décideurs politiques qu'un phénomène est à l'oeuvre
dans le domaine des usages de l'immatériel et plus particulièrement du 
logiciel libre. C'est un travail pédagogique de sensibilisation,
d'information et d'influence pour les aider à comprendre les enjeux de cette 
nouvelle société de la connaissance en devenir : pourquoi la législation doit 
encore progresser, pourquoi le brevet logiciel n'est pas un outil adapté, 
pourquoi le logiciel libre est une chance pour construire une nouvelle 
économie ou la France peut tirer son épingle du jeu dans la compétition 
internationale, pourquoi les administrations gagnent à construire leurs 
systemes d'information sur des logiciels libres.

Les grandes oeuvres commencent toujours par de petites actions. L'April offre 
ce cadre pour multiplier et mutualiser nos
petites actions individuelles. C'est un amplificateur.

INL est une société qui s'implique fortement dans le domaine du Logiciel 
Libre : nous utilisons, comme tous les acteurs du marché, beaucoup de 
Logiciel Libre, et nous essayons d'y apporter encore plus de richesses et 
d'innovations : NuFW, notre projet innovant, récompensé par plusieurs titres 
et soutenu par l'Anvar, est publié sous licence GPL.

Nous pensons que l'April est l'acteur de référence pour nous représenter, et 
INL est donc bien sûr membre de l'April. L'April a, à nos yeux, toute 
légitimité pour représenter les acteurs du Logiciel Libre, de l'étudiant 
afficionados à l'entreprise de services ou éditeur, en passant par le 
développeur indépendant.

Il est clair que la part du Logiciel Libre est en forte croissance, pour des 
raisons diverses et orthogonales, et également grâce au travail réalisé par

entreprises, autres jeunes sociétés innovantes, ou acteurs plus importants,

There is no need to present April: that's the privilege of those who are 
well-known and recognized. Regarding Free Software, April has started so many 
initiatives over the last 12 years that we can't count them: from the battle

association is going crescendo, and therefore, as an organization, April is 
gaining momentum.

April intervenes in many areas of society, especially education. Many times 
I've had the opportunity to notice its interest and the quality of its 
commitment on educational issues, be it regarding software and Free resources 
or computing courses at school. I could mention its questioning of all 
candidates of the 2007 French presidential election, its work on the E-educ 
e-learning mission, on digital solidarity, on digital work environments...

The information technologies are too new for society to really understand the 
underlying issues. It will take time, even a generation, for everyone to 
understand how the digital revolution is impacting our every-day lives and 
the organization of society. If you had asked a contemporary of Gutenberg how 
printing could change society, he would not have imagined the newspapers, 
magazines and books in general circulation; at most he would have imagined 
copies of manuscript amongst the elite who used them at the time. Today is 
the same with information technology and especially with Free Software. We 
see them through our current benchmarks, those of the industrial society. But 
the intangible follows an entirely different logic: to give is to enrich 
oneself, to share is to receive. Since the general interest gains from it, 
new business models are yet to be invented.

April has been working for over ten years to convince society and 
policymakers that something is at work in the area of the intangible, 
especially Free Softwares. It goes through an effort of raising awareness, 
informing and influencing to help them understand the challenges of this new 
"knowledge society" to be. These challenges are: why the legislation needs to 
improve, why software patents are not an appropriate tool, why Free Software 
is a chance to build a new economy in which France can beat the international 
competition, why the government would win to build their information systems 
on Free Software.

Great works always begin with small actions. April provides a framework to 
pool together and leverage our small individual actions. It's an amplifier.

INL is a society which is deeply involved in the field of Free Software: like 
all players on the market, we use many Free Software and we try to bring more 
wealth and innovation. Our innovative project NuFW, which won several titles 
and is supported by Anvar, is licensed under the terms of GPL.

We believe that April is the key player to represent us, and INL is of course 
a member of April. April has, in our view, the legitimacy to represent the 
players of the Free Software community, from the aficionados student to the 
service company or the publisher, including the independent developer.

It is clear that the share of Free Software is rapidly growing, for various 
orthogonal reasons, and also thanks to the work done by April over the last
