[Trad April] Scripts for html<->pad conversions

Hello,

To anyone interested: the html2pad and pad2html scripts are available
here:
https://agir.april.org/issues/1402
They are packaged in a "false" deb with launchers for Gnome and KDE, and
some doc. The package name is pad-convert. It can be installed with dpkg
but some more sophisticated installers may not like it. If you don't
have dpkg on your system, you can still extract the archive and install
the stuff manually.
The latest version is 0.22.
