La confidentialité des données personnelles. 2 cas de figure : usage 
commercial et usage administratif. Un seul constat : aucun n'est fiable.
Dans les 2 cas la manipulation par des sociétés privées est la cause des 
dysfonctionnements.
L'illusion du contrôle technique est à chaque fois la même. En revanche, la 
relative indifférence anglaise soulignée par l'article est inquiétante.

"Des renseignements personnels sur les 84 000 détenus d'Angleterre et du Pays 
de Galles ont été égarés. Le ministère de l'intérieur britannique a admis, 
jeudi 21 août au soir, avoir égaré des données confidentielles concernant des 
milliers de délinquants. L'incident met en cause une entreprise 
sous-traitante, PA Consulting, qui a informé les autorités en début de 
semaine de la perte d'une carte mémoire riche en informations. Cette dernière 
contenait des données relatives à l'ensemble des quatre-vingt-quatre mille 
détenus d'Angleterre et du Pays de Galles, leurs noms, dates de naissances, 
et certaines des dates de sorties de prison prévues."
