I'm sorry to be late on this; but we really can't have the sign-up and
FSF join buttons moved all the way to the bottom of the page.

It is a very important goal of the page template that we call people's
attention to these items, so that we can raise sufficient funds to
provide GNU infrastructure and so that we can build the large base of
free software activists we need to bring change.
