I signed the declaration but was surprised and frankly not that happy that 
under the dropbox 'Select Country' an open source community use the title 
'European Countries' and then excludes some of the European countries from 
that list and includes them under the title 'Other Countries'. Perhaps you 
should change the title 'European Countries' to 'European Union Countries' 
although that definition itself is a presumptious one. 

And also, one should be able to choose more than one country - I would have 
liked to be able to pick all three to which legal jurisdiction I belong.
