Bonjour Thérèse, bonjour à tous,

Voici les 2 fichiers .fr.po des dernières traductions.
C'est la première fois que je manipule du .po et a fortiori que je
traduis directement dedans (avec emacs pour info).
J'ai suivi les directives du wiki april en la matière mais je vous
demande d'être indulgent si j'ai commis une erreur.

J'ai eu du mal à rendre Proprietery Jails et Proprietary Tyrants en
français, car ce n'est pas très élégant.
- j'avais pensé à Prisons Propriétaires et non Prisons Privatrices car
par définition, une prison prive de liberté; toutefois j'ai préféré
coller au sens originel pour en conserver l'esprit et, du coup, la lettre.
- J'ai de même envisagé l'emploi de "Système Tyrannique", mais
tyrannique existe en anglais et s'il n'a pas été employé c'est sûrement
pour une bonne raison, donc j'ai collé au sens d'origine.
- je voulais éditer l'en-tête (premières lignes commentées) comme
indiqué dans le wiki, mais ce n'était pas possible, emacs-po-mode ne
voulait pas. J'ai préféré ne pas insister :)
