Hi,

At the line 71, I'd rather chose "to continue" ("...which encourages the 
Government of Quebec to *continue | further* its efforts to promote...").
After some searches, I still can't say if "authorities" ("...April 
encourages the*Authorities | authorities* of Quebec...") is written with 
or without a capital letter at the beginning... Does anyone know ?

After fixing these two issues, the work will be done... Let's go!
