I am getting to understand how things are done on this forum.

I did only a few typographical suggestions, not knowing that the sentences with the bar in between are supposed to be a choice pick.

I agree with the suggestions below by Thibaut.

I agree with "enactment" (line 108).

It remains some choices to make at :

• what about "will be followed by the establishement of a real public policy"?

• "Saluons l'évolution positive du gouvernement et des parlementaires" --> We *appreciate | welcome* the positive *change | move* of the Government and MPs
• I'm in favor of "We welcome the positive move of the Government and MPs", and you?
