This note is so short that it doesn't deserve a pad:

<p>Le 18 septembre 2013, un cycle de conférences est organisé pour le
<em>Software Freedom Day</em> à Amsterdam. Jeanne Tadeusz, responsable
des affaires publiques de l'April, y sera présente et donnera une
conférence sur les récents événements politiques concernant le logiciel
libre en France. </p>

<p>L'événement a lieu au <em>Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica (CWI)</em>,
l'Institut national de recherche en mathématiques et informatique
théorique. Toutes les informations sur la conférence sont disponibles
sur le site <a

 L'entrée est gratuite et ouverte à tous sur inscription.</p>


Here is my attempt:

<p>On 18 September 2013, a series of lectures will be given in
Amsterdam, in connection with the <em>Software Freedom Day</em>. Jeanne
Tadeusz, April's Public Affairs Officer, will be there and give a
lecture on the recent political developments affecting Free Software in
France.</p>

<p>The event will take place at the <em>Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica
(CWI)</em>, the National Institute for Research in Mathematics and
